“No matter what the depth of one’s wounding, as long as one is alive, there remains a spark of dynamic energy within. An ember of beingness that waits re-kindling.
We are not who our wounds tell us we are. We are not what our culture informs us to be. Our essence is not external image or superficial indulgence. We are not fragments. We are not diagnosis or pathology.
At the core of our being we are alive, vital, integrative and creative. This is the attitude that recognises wholeness and perpetuates transformation.”
– Bill Bowen
Here’s what I’m noticing…. People are busy …. People are stressed and anxious.
Most of have busy lives, we learn to juggle. Juggling family, job, relationships, social lives, housework, the list goes on. We deal with these competing priorities which in turn leaves us to deal with a certain amount of anxiety. In many ways anxiety is a constant in many peoples lives.
